The Apprentice（学徒） is a TV Show about 14 talented young men and women take part in a very long job interview witch has a game each week and one people will be fired after each game based on his achievement, only one will win, and he is the apprentice.
I spent a whole afternoon and night on this show. After finished it, I wondered weather it is a live show or is designed by scripts and these people are all actors, it is too dramatic to be a live show. But whatever it is good, I learned a lot from it.
I somewhat regreted that I didn’t see it early, it is very helpful to job hunting. Anyway it is not too late now. It really gives me some new idea about life philosophy, some views about competition and how to be strong, how to survive.
This world is cruelty, especially when there is competition.
Competition is very very important to everyone now. The only way to protect yourself in this society is to be strong enough to survive in the cruelty competitions. Not everyone can be success, and why someone can. Before that I have never deep thinking about it. This show gives me an example, so I think it is good.
It is one of very few TV shows that you will think it is not waste of time after you have watched.
To be true, I’m always a good listener and watcher, but from now on I detemined to be and active participant, to present myself in front of other’s eyes.
It’s my new year object (finally I find a tough object for this year, so happy).
