1. 安装数据库
建立数据库，导入 dbinstallall.sql
导入完成后用phpMyAdmin修改 gcdb_options 表中的admin_email，base_url的值（最重要的两个值，其他值可以在管理后台修改）
2. PHP设置
复制gc-config-sample.php并改名为 gc-config.php，打开gc-config.php，修改前4行的值
